Excited about the drop! Lost an inch off my hips too. Had my annual check up today and my doctor was really pleased with my weight loss and to hear I’ve been working on better dietary habits and exercising. I’m feeling great and am at the lowest weight in years. I still have a ways to go before I’m at my weight goal but it makes me really happy that I’m actually looking forward to keeping up the momentum and hopefully developing SUSTAINABLE habits that I’ll take with me for the rest of my life. Little by little! Sending peace and love and positive vibes to all of you in this fabulous FS community!!!
