Finally bought a scale! And, I am happy with my weigh in today considering I went off the rocker for 2 weeks. However, I am very concerned about reaching my goal before the bachelorette. 5.5 weeks to lose 12 lbs = 2.2 lbs/week. That is possible for the first two weeks or so, but that will be difficult as I get closer to my goal weight. If I stretch out the goal to the big day its 1.6 lbs/week. I will have to be very focused!
68.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
