To HeBrewZ: Thank you for your compliments. I don’t know what things are the best to get good numbers, but I just want to let you know what I do everyday. 1) I eat moderate amount of protein and good fats. 2) When I eat carb, I pick complex carbs like broccoli, cabbage etc. 3) I don’t do hard exercise because it makes me more appetite. I do boxercise just 2 or 3 times a week( I go to “9 Round”). It is HIIT working. 4) I do stretching every morning and before sleep. 5) I drink lots of water about 1 gallon through the day, coffee in the morning and green tea in the afternoon. 6) Sweets thing is only weekend. 7) I take vitamin and mineral supplements. 8) I eat fermented foods. 9) When I feel hungry, I drink water and make sure the feeling of hungry is REAL or not. 10) When my stomach grumble with hunger, I will wait 1 more hour and drink water during the time.(this is good for metabolism.) These things are I do every day.
