Weighed in and stayed the same. Calories + fat have been up slightly over the last week. Most importantly, did not increase recumbent bike or walking to offset the add'l intake. Ok...I know what the problem is, so back on track (right after lunch)! ;o)
138.3 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 72.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
