I’ve been extremely stressed and anxious since Monday afternoon. I go back and forth between overeating and not being able to eat without feeling sick usually. This time around food upset the tummy and some times I just wasn’t hungry. I’m down 4000+ kcal not including today. I’ve dropped almost 2# in that time but I’m sure water played a part. I’m drinking propel a lot (and had a cup of coffee this morning before I weighed). I was planning on lowering calories all month and I’m down about 6000 including today’s burn so far. My goal was 3000 or one pound whatever that took. If I hadn’t went drinking with a friend I’d be down another 800 calories or so lol. So hard to log drinks! Beer is easy, mixed drinks not so much. And how can I be sick on 4-5 beers with a big meal but now I can have 5 beers and a mixed drink and not eat anything and be fine? Not even the usual pounding head when I just have 2. But headaches are normal with my allergies and most of the winter so it’s odd. 🤷‍♀️ I’ve been snacking as it’s a habit. Bedtime snacking helps me sleep for some reason. Anywho doing good. Feel ill a lot lately due to stress and anxiety but it’s at manageable levels so that’s good. May have some broth today because I need to eat more but have to start slow so it doesn’t make the tummy worse!
