Feeling good! It's going to be a hot weekend here (108 degrees) so I need to be sure to get to the gym early each day while it's still cool outside. Hopefully I don't melt into the couch after that. Luckily, I tend not to eat as much when it's hot outside so that's working in my favor. Hope you all have a great weekend!!
92.7 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's getting hot here too, I'm with you, I don't eat as much during the warm months either. I tend to drink a lot more water than the winter months too.

If they would let me control the temp inside the gym, I'd be one of those who would crank that AC down to 65! I exercise so much better when the room is cold.
