Happy with the small drop since my last weigh in 9 days ago. I’m perfectly comfortable with incremental progress as long as there is progress. Even more pleased with my measurements. Lost an inch to an inch and a half since I last measured a couple weeks ago. Definitely wouldn’t be able to stick with it, if it weren’t for this fabulous FS community ❤️
64.0 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
