I am not concentrating ????? ,, and just in a rut ,, lord I need to get back to micro on my eating and pushing myself ,, Im not going to lose any more if I don't become more aware of what Im doing yes I am grateful I have lost approximately 26 lbs I was 244 back in November 2013 ,, but I still have a long ways to go ,, and I don't like that I'm not focusing better <3 Help Lord <3
100.5 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 34.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Deb_N Im trying ,,, I just have slowly started to eat more ,,,, that has got to stop ,,,, ,, I may not be on here after Wednesday for awhile but Im going to try taking my laptop with me ,, well see <3
