Up again and coming down. Just eating too much good for me food and not moving my tail enough. Shoveled snow for 45 minutes today and yesterday. That helped.
98.1 kg Lost so far: 16.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
