Wow!! I can't believe how good I feel!!!! Super excited about actually doing real exercise everyday (off every 4th) and sticking to the plan. I paid for the premium, it's not giving much of anything useful in the diet plans for me but I check them out every day. I enjoy doing the food log, I even started a spreadsheet to work on with info regarding my exercise. The samsung smart watch doesn't sync accurately so the spreadsheet really helps.

Thank you, I see that you are fully committed already. I hope it goes as the train; slow start but then runs, and runs, and runs :) And sometimes we even need a train stops; what purpose would be if no stops or final destination? Btw; What is you calories deficiency on average?
