Well my weight loose journey has been slow, but I have lost around 10 pounds since the start of the year. I have decided to switch from Keto over to Paleo. I loved the rich cheeses and cream sauces on keto but really missed my choices and variety in fruit and veggies. I am hoping now that when I do get hungry in the evenings I can now have the fruit I have missed so much. Off to the grocery store now.
