I don't even know how I lost 15 lbs in one month. Lol! Right now my weight is going down and up which is normal. I will tell you what my past day was for years. I didn't eat breakfast or lunch. I might have a snack before going into work once in awhile. Then I get home from work at 10 pm and I would eat big portions of fatty meals. Then I would have dessert which was mostly 3 king size chocolate bars everyday. I gained 40 lbs in two years.

Now when I wake up I drink a small glass of water with lemon juice 20 minutes before I eat breakfast. Sometimes I make a juice that helps cleans gut bacteria. That is 1/2 cup of water, 1/4 cup applecider vinegar, 1/4 cup of low calories cranberry juice and 1 table spoons of lemon juice. Then I have 2 cups of coffee with a little bit of cream and 1 sweetener. Then I eat two fruits and one slice of sour dough rye bread with 1 teaspoon of Margarine. For lunch I have a salad with my homemade dressing which is made with non fat greek yogurt. And a vegetarian wrap.

Then I bring my dinner to work which is usually a salad and chicken breast. Sometimes pork chop. Then when I get home from work I have 1/2 cup of Dutch chocolate Chapman's frozen yogurt with strawberries. Sometimes I just have strawberries or a cup of tea with little bit of milk and sweetener. I also have been going on my exercise bike for 30 minutes in the afternoon before getting ready for work and I do a dance workout for 20 to 30 minutes. I exercise about 3 days a week Sometimes 4. I'm usually dancing while I'm cleaning or blow drying my hair. I will mention that I do measure my food too and really looking at calories on food that are in boxes. I started off eating about 1700 calories per day and now I'm at 1200 to 1300.

I do have IBS so I noticed when I'm constipated I either gain weight or I don't lose weight. Once I have done my business in the bathroom, my weight goes down. I do have one chocolate bar normal size and not king Once a week and I have a cheat day with small portions. Right now my weight isn't going down as much but I noticed certain clothing that didn't fit a month ago is now fitting. So I am loosing inches and I think I'm starting to build muscle. Really I'm still eating the foods I like but in small quantities or not everyday. I did lots of research of finding recipes for meals that are low in calories but are tasty.
