was sure I would be losing a pound or two,but it's about portions
.did the leslie Sansone tape need 5000 steps today to finish goal of 200000 steps per month...but when I sit down to eat lunch and supper, I am so hungry...still going to try!!
89.4 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’m a pretty fast eater generally, and I think it works against weight loss efforts. I had to train myself to *slow down,* take my time, and enjoy my meal. It’s easier to do if you don’t eat alone, too, I have found. But we can’t always control that! If we eat slowly (my theory) it gives our blood sugars a chance to “realize” we aren’t starving, so we eat a bit less. Something to try?
