i did not realize there would be such a large difference from my weight in the morning and evening!!! im shocked.. i dnt knw why i re weighed myself.. and ive never payd attention but ill be weighing myself in the morning from here on out!!! i wonder which is right??
66.0 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Both are right. The morning weight is going to be your most consistent weigh in time as far as a comparable weight goes. The evening weight is going to fluctuation much more then your morning (after a bathroom trip) weight, because of more variations in water and stomach contents. That's is why most people do a morning weigh in when tracking weight. In the long run it doesn't truly matter which one you use though. If you are loosing weight both will drop over time.
