Well today was my husbands and myself weekly weigh in. I already knew that I either gained a bit or didn't budge because I could feel it. As I have mentioned before that I have IBS and I have been feeling bloated and constipated for the last two days. I did work out more this week but my water intake was slacking. Now I did notice I lost a few inches when I tried on a pair of shorts that were very tight three weeks ago and now they fit comfortably. My regular customer asked if I have been working out because they could see it in my legs so that made me feel better hearing this I also work from 4pm to 10pm and I was bringing my dinner to work but because we are short staff I didn't have time to eat it. So I would bring it back home and eat my dinner late and then basically go to bed. This weekend was a cheat weekend especially today. I didn't eat anything for breakfast or lunch because I was doing some errands. My inlaws came over for dinner and we had a prime rib roast, mashed potatoes, vegetables and gravy. Plus I had ordered a dozen of Krispy kreme donuts from a neighbor a month ago for her son's hockey league. I forgot I ordered them until my neighbor messaged me on Thursday that my ordered was ready to be picked up on Friday. I haven't ate a Krispy kreme donut for 10 years and they were so good. So we had 8 left today and decided since my inlaws were coming over for dinner that would be dessert and let's eat them up and get rid of these delicious evil treats and get back on the program tomorrow. Do I feel guilty or disappointed with myself I absolutely do not because I feel what I'm doing has changed my ways I'm eating and enjoying it and not feel like I'm on a diet. I have more energy and not feeling sluggish and depressed. In my opinion I feel a cheat day or weekend helps me and not deprive myself because I have done that before in the past and it doesn't work for me. If anything I ate more sweets gained more weight and fell off the wagon. I'm not expecting to loose my goal weight fast , I'm doing it my way and if it takes a few months or more so be it but I'm happy and proud of myself and my husband of our accomplishments on bettering our lives. The only way I feel bad is a few hours after eating dinner and dessert just sitting in my stomach but I'm going outside for a walk as I feel this helps me. I walk whenever I have over ate at Thanksgiving, Christmas or any big dinner like tonight. I might not like feel like moving or walking but I find once I have it makes me feel better and not bloated or full anymore and refreshing and I sleep better. Everyone have a good night.

I also want to add two years ago I tried to loose weight. I tried doing keto but I don't think I did it right because I didn't do enough research on Keto and just looked up a few things to eat and winged it. I stopped eating chocolate or any sweets for a month and I powered walk for an hour or ride my bike plus I was walking neighbors dog and played with them. After a month of doing this I only lost 5 lbs. Another two months later I only lost a total of 8 lbs and got discouraged and wasn't happy and I didn't feel energetic through the whole three months and gave up and back to eating sweets and over eating once a day at night and stopped exercising and gained more. Now I'm eating foods I love and three meals a day and sometimes I miss a few meals when I'm busy but I can feel it. Just a few weeks ago I was drinking a juice that help with gut bacteria and the first two days it helped me and I felt lighter but after the sixth day I got sick from it probably because of my IBS and I stopped. So I'm going test myself this week because like I said I'm constipated and today's meal will probably make it worse. So I'm going to drink the juice for two days and then stop for another two days. I want to see if it will help me go to the bathroom because the last time I felt it worked and cleaned me out. I actually lost 2 lbs more after my weigh in two days before and I didn't feel bloated. The thing is the juice is very acidity and my IBS flares up if I eat or drink to much food or juice with citrus. I'm not drinking it to help loose the weight but more to help me go to the bathroom because if I don't go for another few days my symptoms I feel sluggish, full and upset stomach and even pains in my bones especially lower back. So my husband suggested maybe trying to drink the juice but not for six days straight just maybe 2 or three days and see if it will help with my situation.
