Doing 30 minutes on weights and 30 minutes either swimming or walking 5 days a week and sticking to the 400 calorie fix--doing ok, no cravings and no hunger.
126.1 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.1 kg a Week
