walking every morning and spending 45 minutes in the pool each evening...on vacation in
Texas and eating out a lot is making it hard--but I am down 51 lbs in 14 weeks and I feel sooooooo much better.

Doing 30 minutes on weights and 30 minutes either swimming or walking 5 days a week and sticking to the 400 calorie fix--doing ok, no cravings and no hunger.
