Man, gained a pound~ I know it might be due to water, or some other odd thing.. feel like I am at my wall-- hanging in there, resolve to do the right thing...
152.6 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 64.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

A body can only burn so many carbs in a day. The rest will be stored as glycogen and fat.

I was wondering what has changed,So I went back and see if my weight gain, or the lack of weight loss recently, was due to increase of carbs, or fat in my diet.. no such luck.. My fat intake runs anywhere from 2 to 3.5 percent a day, and my protein runs around 6 to 6.5% ....
