Hard to properly track weight as I just started running, and am building muscle. Although my weight isn't really going down, my clothes are continuing to get loose, so I know I am still heading in the right direction.
56.6 kg Lost so far: 22.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
