I am being bad.

I just haven't been doing my exercises every day. I'm kinda on survival mode. You know, just trying to make it through winter. I did exercise today tho. I felt too much guilt. So I guess I'm back at it. I'm just gonna do the bare minimum tho.
101.6 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Some is something. “Do not despise the day of small beginnings!” Lots of us don’t exercise *at all.* You’re a good example!

I was bad too. I ordered a box of Krispy Kreme donuts from my neighbors to support her sons hockey league last month. I forgot I ordered them and I started changing my eating habits and exercising for almost a month. Then my neighbor message me yesterday to let me know my order was in and drop them off. So I ate two last night and did a workout today. I usually don't do workouts on the weekends. So don't feel bad, just do what you can. Lmao.

Cut yourself a break. You’re not bad, you’re just coping as you can. Exercise can make you feel better, but some days you need to feel your feelings and mush around in your jammies. I hope you feel more like yourself soon, and wish you all the best.

you only need to change your mind set. Don't feel guilt, it only brings stress and depression. Feel successful that you got up and exercised today. You did it! that's a win. everything you do to be healthier or lose weight is a process. Enjoy the moments of victory and keep pushing on! You're not the only we are all with you! Let's Gooooo!!!
