I managed to lose 0.2 pound this week. In the context of the last few weeks it is on par! First week of January I lost 1.8 pounds. Week Two and Three I came in at 0.0 pounds and this week down 0.2 pound. That is 2 pounds for the month and that is better than December when I gained 4 pounds and better than November when I gained one pound. At least I have stopped that trend! Last January I lost 3.4 pounds. Truly it is all about from what perspective I look at this.

The other thing that is interesting is that for the two weeks when the scale didn't move I averaged under my calorie window - about 10-40 calories daily. The week I lost 1.8 pounds I was above my window by 35 calories/day and this week I was above my window by 55 calories/day. I really have to watch that I am eating in the window as that is the age old not too little and not too much. Apparently a little too much is better than a little too little.

This week has been quite a lot of bookkeeping for others and a fair amount of getting together with friends. I have been walking twice a week with one friend, once a week with my sister, met a friend for lunch and went out for tea with my daughter and granddaughter. This morning I am going into town for a Women Shelter meeting and tomorrow a friend is coming to help me sort donated books in my garage for an anticipated used book sale fundraiser for the Women's Shelter!
76.3 kg Lost so far: 45.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Melissatwa. I was looking at my data - I have been at this for 3.5 years! I find that the data really keeps me grounded in what's real and not what I think it is!
