One more pound ( Edited note: opps checked my records.. 2 more lbs)to the 40 lb lost mile maker!!!
Yesterday I was a little off of my diet, fearful that it was going to show up- and bingo.. got up this morning and noticed that I am exactly one pound away from that minigoal... yes!
152.1 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 63.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
