This morning I did:
Caroline Girvan - 30 Min FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT at Home | Muscle Building

What a great workout! No jumping around and all the strength moves I love. Short and sweet too since I didn't have much time this morning. Only two strength workouts this week and I'll chalk that up to bad sleep patterns, but it's just another crappy excuse. Did go for two decent walks and we might do an outing to a museum and deer park tomorrow so that should clock up some steps as well.

Hope you all are having a good end to January, and, if not - there's always a new day/week/month to start fresh if you need to. I personally like to think of it just as a continuation of the journey and not 'falling off' and 'getting back on the wagon' all the time. The road gets bumpy, but as long as we keep going in the right direction we'll all get there! Keep on truckin' ;)

I am 2.2kg down this month, (but still almost 2 kilograms higher than I was this time last year). Would be great to keep this momentum going, but this week I'll have some days off tracking and probably lots of treats and indulgences. Turning 45 on Wednesday so I'll try to track for the start of the week, but all bets are off after that and I'll take a mini tracking break. If I can maintain by next Friday I'll be chuffed.

Thank you sweet Mermee! I wonder if you've been out in the snow again yet? We were going to a park and museum today, but will wait for better weather so I've had a rather lazy day. Will walk in to town for a coffee date and some retail therapy tomorrow though. Have a lovely evening! 💕
