This morning I did:
Penny Barnshaw - Garage Fitness Girl - 45 MIN LOWER BODY STRENGTH | At Home Workout for Lean Legs Burn 371 Calories

Tough going with 5kg weights. Had to sit or even lie down at some points to catch my breath, but I did finish it and didn't skip anything. Took me almost half an hour this morning to convince myself to get up, but as always it is the best way to start the week. I had meant to do a workout yesterday, but didn't get to it so I had to make amends. Modified and did the hip thrusts with both feet on the ground and not one sided and didn't jump for some moves. Loved the Bulgarian split squats and all the deadlifts! And the adorable sausage dog was a complete bonus!

Last week my daily average calories ended on 1957, which is way over again and what I was struggling with last year. Plan to take another break from calorie counting next week so I'd like to end this month with 4 solid weeks of tracking. If I can end with an average of 1700 for the month I'll be happy.

Turns out the Parkrun did go ahead on Saturday, but we'd already planned to do our own walk a bit later in the day (when it's less icy) and took a walk along the river. That lead to a day of vegging yesterday though - besides a bit of cleaning I'd been putting off for some time. It was lovely to not stress about anything though. Back to the grind this morning with requests from clients at the crack of dawn.

Hubby made us another delicious soup for our lunches this week, which has a head of broccoli and a giant cauliflower as well as some potato and sweetcorn in it - sort of a modified chowder - I think it's going to be amazing!

Have a great Monday everyone!!! xxx

Sounds great Wifey! xxx I think I need to increase my weight a bit, but I've been saying that for ages - maybe Feb will be the month.
