HA! Back into the lusive 181 lb realm. I was here Monday and only got back today. Water, muscle, who knows. What I do know is this: What I am doing now in terms of eating is 1000 times better than I was. My activity is way up and I am over my shyness in asking for help. Im gonna get there. Truth be told, I wanted to be around 175 by July. I think if I keep going like I am it will be a lot sooner than that! Thanks to everyone for suppport and suggestion. I feel so much better physically, and mostly mentally when I can relax and let the process happen!
82.2 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
