Had some sugar this weekend (travelling and did not do a good job planning meals around that), but overall have not bounced my weight back up so doing pretty good. Also I think I did OK previously when I had some heavier eating days. Supper tonight and then fasting until Wed am- will see if that gets me going down.
85.5 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 23.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
