I think I'm still in shock over the holiday after math. I haven't really done much to correct my poor eating, but the hubby and I have been getting up early to work out a few times per week. Again, shocked that there has already been an impact. That said, I know the first first few pounds are always the easiest. Wish I didnt have such a negative attitude but I'm skeptical of my ability to stick to a diet or exercise plan in the dead of winter. Still, I'm gonna take the win here. Goota keep hydrating, keep moving and continue cooking at home.
77.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week

I had the same skepticism - until I lost the first 10 pounds. Then I realized, “I really can do this!” Sometimes doing is believing. For a lot of us, I suspect failed attempts in the past have led us to believe there’s something wrong with *us.* It isn’t true though! 💕
