I'm doing a little better today. Today I've less calories and the day is 1/2 over.

Exercise! There a place one can find a crock of crap. In most areas improvements are the goal, doing any exercise perfectly is not.
132.4 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 50.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
