New goals listed on my profile page. I just couldn't decide which pace to choose, so I listed both.

Depending on which pace, I'll end up at goal any time between Thanksgiving and next year's Valentine's Day. Seems pretty far away, but I can live with that. In the meantime, I'll continue to learn things about my body and I'll be enjoying weights I haven't been at in over 20 years.

There IS a faint light at the end of the tunnel....
77.1 kg Lost so far: 29.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great job setting your goals and giving yourself time enough to reach them. I have no doubt that you will get there and you have the right attitude...enjoy the view along the way!!! Hugs!

Hi Laurie & Stef! The pace of either set of goals would have seemed wa-a-a-a-y too slow when I began, but I think they're reasonable in light of my prior and current pace of weight loss. Luckily, I've lost enough so far that I can be semi-content with the slower pace going forward, just enjoying the changes that have already occurred. I do know that without buddies like you, I wouldn't be here! Many, many thanks for being who you are!

Great you re-set goals. I'd rather lose slower and be safe and healthy:) You are doing well.
