Fat got too high, but it's okay because I was way too low for several days. On the other hand, I should be going very low on carbs to counteract all of my bad habits, and I didn't. But, I got a little closer to target on protein... which is nice.
84.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

LOL... they're fine, thank you... Hiding in there, somewhere :) Funny story: about a month into my weight loss journey, my daughter caught me without my shirt on, slouched in a chair. She said, "You're doing great - I can see your abs!" I had to explain that it was just my fat folding up! :D
