I keep going up and down a few lbs and can’t seem to get over this losing 30lbs bump. All December & January had been very frustrating for me. But I am hanging in there.

keepgoing1234, I feel you it's the same way for me you lose a few pounds you think all right well then next time you weigh you gain the pound or two and it's frustrating! But my husband is so sweet he always says you got this! And so do you🤗
