Today I did some more exercises. I felt good about that. However I do like the way the log and exercise log do not intertwine. I like to know when I excise how much I have burnt for the day.
97.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 38.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
