I am amazed I have lost weight. I have not been sticky to the plan and not exercising. I want to go to the Dr weight loss center. I plan on seeing my dr on Monday. I am going to have him do a full panel. I will see what he says and recommend before I try the wt loss center. I am tired of being fat.

Today I did some more exercises. I felt good about that. However I do like the way the log and exercise log do not intertwine. I like to know when I excise how much I have burnt for the day.

Today is the second day to hopefully a new chapter. I will be working out at lunch. I need to say it in my head " CHANGES, CHANGES, CHANGES, over and over in my head.
