OK, well here I am - - back again. Another year and another start at it. I should have never let my guard down. I should have learned by now but it seems I make the same stupid mistakes over and over again, I say it is going to be different every time, but it isn't so I am giving it another start - let us begin! Happy 2022 - to all my old and new FS Friends and Family.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I read a good one the other day—- once is a mistake twice, three times is a CHOCE. YOU can do this. If it requires monitoring forever, it is not the end of the world. It would be worth it. I do monitoring for weight control certainly, but also to support my healthier (not perfect) habits. Glad you came back.
