This has been a crazy week weight wise. i have overall eaten on the lower end of my calorie window. In the earlier part of the week I was down 1.8 pounds. I have been generally eating well (minus some gummy worms!) And yet....! I am exactly what I was last week. I am glad it wasn't a gain (but it really shouldn't have been given what I have eaten) and surprised that I didn't at least lose a pound. Finally I am annoyed that I am still 5.4 pounds above my weight going into Christmas!

I know if I just keep faith with my program the weight will come off. I just find it hard on weigh in day when progress isn't evident.

Speaking of the whold calorie thing - tonight I am celebrating my birthday with my sister and suspect the homemade chicken fajitas will be calorie laden. I don't plan to go crazy on it however I have never had these fajitas and I am not sure what to expect. A local Mexican grocery store offers Chicken fajitas on Saturdays only. I have been curious about it. I see that it comes with corn tortillas, chicken,red onions and salsa. Not sure how to figure out calories especially since I have never seen this prepared.

This week has been all about doing books for companies and a non profit society. I find the work interesting and challenging. Our weather has significantly warmed up so going outside is more pleasant.
76.4 kg Lost so far: 45.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
