Rough week in our house, Covid found us - been taking care of my isolated husband and our newborn son (baby is Covid free) lots of cooking cleaning and quick meals. Managed to stay in caloric range but could’ve made better choices. Into a new week!
71.9 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Just focus on getting enough rest, take your vitamins and eat well.
