My COVID symptoms are gone except for the extreme tiredness. The holidays are over. It’s time to get back to work getting healthier!
103.9 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Thanks, guys. I missed the holidays. I was fully vaxed and boosted. I got Delta, so was able to successfully get the monoclonal antibodies, which helped immensely. I’m just tired. In the first few days sick, I didn’t want anything to eat. After that, I was ravenous. I ate my way through a months worth of losses, so have to lose those lbs all over again. 😕
