I might have shed one pound. For me, that's a big deal. I will know better later. I have been weighing in at the same time every day, in the morning with the same clothes on at the same time.
132.2 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 50.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
