This is 100 hours into the FatSecret Keto Diet. Have lost 7.5 pounds. I believe it was mostly water gain. The diet is working, but. Don’t know how long I can keep it up. Very bland food and repetitive. I have cheated and added one tbsp salsa to the eggs and one tbsp dressing to the three cups of lettuce for meals everyday. Eaten so much chicken I’m going to cluck. But, it’s working.
