Nothing happening weight-wise, but the extreme soreness indicates the muscles are doing something below the surface.... 💪

It's kinda like a volcano forming beneath the ocean surface: it's doing something, but it just takes millions of years lol.

I've been way more sore since I started lowering the calories. Also, because I went heavy on dumbbell bench press and I haven't done that in a while. It has to be the best chest builder for me.

I agree - the depth of stretch with dumbbells is WAY more than the bar! Plus, shoulders aren't as pained since you can rotate the angle with the dummies 👍
