Very disappointed in the FatSecret Keto diet. Feels like I am eating plain lettuce with no dressing, and chicken and not much flavor Today I will start Jennifer Benz 7 day keto challenge. She seems to concentrate more on less carbs. This can’t hurt anything. Plus I can eat pizza and cheese
