Didn't get enough sleep last night and this morning I'm dizzy and foggy-headed. Having to work on multiple jobs and can't think straight.

I didn't cave in to pork bbq last night like I usually do when I have dinner with my friend. Ordered chicken instead and I didn't feel so stuffed.
71.5 kg Lost so far: 24.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You know Cocobutt... Pork is one meat that I do not like much of it does not stick to me like beef, chicken or turkey does. Its a good white meat but EWW LOL
