Thought weight lose was too good to be true. Gained 1/2 pound yesterday. Will give the FatSecret Keto diet the weekend and then I am thinking of trying the Jennifer Banz 7 day diet. Both diets are the same with respect to repetition. Jennifer’s diet seems to concentrate on lower carbs. And I am able to add things like dressing to salads.
84.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
