Down a touch. My increase in protein keeps the Hunger Monster at bay!

What you been doing to up the intake?

I increased my protein intake by eating Pure protein bars. Lemon, strawberry, peanut butter chocolate, chocolate delux, chewy chocolate chip, and Birthday cake are the flavors.
