Well, I took exactly a month off for the holidays and gained right at 9 lbs. I am back and have missed Y'all! I am not going to lie, my kids are grown and I enjoyed being bad at more than one holiday party, but I have a goal to reach so playtime is over, lol! I hope everyone had a wonderful month of family and fun. Now let's make 2022 our year! ❤
