Well, I am surprised I have not gained 10 pounds! With Christmas, family visiting, all the gifts of sweets, the huge snowstorm, hubby's pending surgery and the concerns about the COVID - I am amazed. I am a true stress eater- So now it back to the program and get my butt in gear. Will do the best I can until I get paid next week. Salmon cakes for dinner tonight. The Lexapro is helping so much with my Depression. Will continue with this med. Happy New Years to all. Stay safe and healthy! Thanks to all for your positive comments and support ((((HUGS))))
