Today I did better at getting food on a plate before it hit my mouth. Except for after kids were in bed and I was doing dishes--the last Christmas cookies in the jar called to me. I didn't go over my daily categories so I don't feel too bad. It's a reminder to me to reestablish the habit of brushing my teeth right after I get kids to bed. Or right after dinner or dessert.
92.4 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 23.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
