I took time to record my cals today after caving in to a Southern-style lunch with my hubby. Southern-style = a plate of golden-brown fried food. I tried to minimize the damage by passing on the cornbread with butter. And I hate to say it, but the fried green tomatoes were almost worth the extra calories. Love 'em. Now I need to set my mind to taking in less than 500 calories the rest of this day. I can do it, I can do it.
71.7 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Coco...yes you can! I was thinking today about what and why I am doing this??? By focusing on the true beauty and reason I want to take care of myself the process will become easier and easier. To maintainance and Beyond...TOWANDA!!!!!!!!!!

Of course you can! And the fried green tomatoes sound wonderful! Gonna have to make some of those soon.
