For some reason I am gaining but will continue eating the same and see what happens.
55.1 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I assume if I keep eating the way I am the weight will have to come down eventually!lol

Not to worry. When you start the Chocolate Addicts Challenge your sugar will go down. ;)

The unfair thing is I haven't had sweets the last few days apart from a tiny bit of milo in my milk! Might leave that out tonight though see if it makes a different! Thanks for the support! It is so motivating to see so many people joining the challenge it's making me want to do it even more!

I had to give up cheese on most days of the week. Too much fat and too much sodium for me. Check your foods and see what you have eaten. What about that petite fudge?

Tha petite fudge is a protein bar 2g carb and sugar should be ok. Will give it up for challenge though. Did have lots of cheese you are probably right!. Thanks deb!
