Have absolutely no idea why I lost weight. I’m getting over COVID (I was vaccinated and boosted) and I have been totally off my eating plan. Weird!
100.7 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
